Student Toolkits

 Toolkits

Kia ora bloggers today I went to Owairaka Primary School  for the student toolkits. Toolkits is when the Ako Hiko schools all come together and the students share different tools on their chromebook.  There are three sessions an I was lucky to be presenting today. I was presenting Music Lab in session 2.

In session 1 I was learning more about Word Art. I did two word arts one about the toolkits and the other about my school netball team. The presenters names were Justus and Kapiri. Here is a link to their slideshow. https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1jnfJo177B98PPMdf5ErB3SgY9QN5B_7rJFIPdMqLynU/edit#slide=id.p I think they were good and they helped when we needed it.

Session 2

Paityn and I were feeling a little nervous. It was our turn to present. Like I said it is called Music Lab that is the thing we are presenting. We had sold out on the amount of people for our toolkit. Here is the link to our slide https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1isu63LM5H8EgGh-NgvnUbRgQA3s_32m_7zdVn_96zns/edit       I think it was pretty good and people liked it.

Session 3

For session me and Paityn went to Webcam Toy a fun and funny website where you can take different photos and they have filters on them. Some of the filters made you have a funny face and othes just the lighting. Here is the link https://webcamtoy.com/

Hope you have fun on these links.

  1. Mōrena Erana, it's fantastic to see you so active with your online distance learning already! The toolkit day sounded like a huge success, I heard feedback upon the awesome job that yourself and Paityn undertook, and I then had the privilege of seeing you in action when you presented in our own toolkit day at Waikowhai. Thanks for your detailed blog post. I am looking forward to reading any future posts you make throughout lockdown. In the meantime, I hope everyone in your bubble is safe and well. Keep up the wonderful learning, kia kaha and continue to be kind! :-)
