Our Beach Trip

When we go to  the beach (Me my mum and dad) we take the dogs for a walk, and they like to run around, and they are very fast well one of them. The oldest dog is the  slow poke.

I liked to flick water everywhere with my bare feet and it was fun. I liked the scenery because there was leaves and one tree trunk left in the sand.

I saw a lot of seashells and other dogs with their owners.
And we tried to get our dogs to get into the water but  they only got their  feet in the water. The sea was blue.

We started to head back home, and we had a nice walk home we had to wash our feet on the way out. We got in the car and drove off.

When we got home we washed the dogs. Then we had a rest. At our house.

Our School Athletics Day

Our School Athletics Day

Hi bloggers yesterday the 19th of November and my school had our athletics day.

It was a very good day yesterday It was sunny.
We all had our hats on and we had to put  a lot of sunblock on to stop us from getting sunburnt.
First we had to get into our age groups and then we had take our  age flag and our clip board and went to our first station.

Our first station was high jump and it was hard and easy at the same time. Secondly we had hurdles and it was easy because that I have long legs. We did two more stations. We did about nine or ten stations with stops inbetween. My favourite thing was sprints because you had to verse other people that you were racing against.
 After all of that we had afternoon tea for around ten or so minutes.
Finally at the very end we had to get into our house groups and they were Tui, Ruru, Pukeko and Kea and also we had to do relays and I was one of the people that had to race.

After that we got ready to go home and then we  went home and relaxed.

Corbans Estate Trip

Aloha

Yesterday our middle school syndicate went to the Corbans Estate. We saw the Pacific Mamas and got there on a bus.

At the Corbans Estate we got to say hello in different languages and we got to do some druming. Also we made leis and did a dance at the end. It was fun and exciting.

I learnt a lot of fun things like drumming and leis, not to forget the dance at the end. The drumming was super fun. We learnt how to go along with the beat and we did a sort of easy beat. When we made the leis we had to follow easy step. The steps were flower, straw, flower, straw and on like that and when we had enough we gave it to the mamas and they tied it for us. Finally I learnt the dance and I had fun.
We learnt about a lot of thing about cultures.

Yesterday was a fun day but we had to leave so we got in the bus and drove off and we got back to school.   Blog you later.
